Ingredients
1 head Cauliflower
3 cloves Garlic, minced
3 tbsp Cumin
1 tbsp Ground coriander
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Pepper
3 tbsp Olive oil
Optional Garnish:
2 tbsp yogurt per serving
Dash of minced chives
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F. Remove bottom portion of cauliflower stem. Place stem side down on a cutting board and slice into ¼ in to ½ inch strips. In a large bowl, gently combine cauliflower with oil and spices. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until starting to brown. Serve immediately.
Optional: garnish with yogurt and chives.
