Ingredients
1 Small cabbage, chopped
2-3 Carrots, sliced
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp High heat oil
2 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Heat oils in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add cabbage and carrots and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring regularly. If the cabbage or carrots start to burn, and more oil, or add a small amount of water. Serve immediately. Add sesame seeds and/or hot sauce if desired.
