Spring Garden Work Party at Kendall Elementrary

Kendall students have spent the winter months dreaming about their garden, designing garden maps and thinking of the things they want to grow. Now we need your help …

Lend a hand during our Spring Garden Opening Work Party as we install a fence, sheet mulch, and construct garden beds. We’ll also be creating fabulous garden mosaic art with the help of our creative friends at Glacier Creations. All are welcome. Join the fun and help us get this garden ready to grow!

Where: Kendall Elementary School Garden
Address:

Kendall Elementary School
7547 Kendall Road
Maple Falls, WA 98226

What to bring:

  • Dress to get dirty!
  • Gloves and tools if you have them (shovels, rakes, digging forks, and wheel barrows needed)
  • Your pickup truck – we need volunteers willing to pick up compost from Black Mountain Ranch during the work party
  • Pieces of broken ceramics/pottery for making mosaic art with Glacier Creations
  • Bring the whole family – many hands make light work!
