The Sustainable Whatcom Fund of the Whatcom Community Foundation has released a Request for Proposals for farm-to-school pilot projects that aim to expand the innovative and sustainable use of locally grown foods in school meal and snack programs. The Committee reviews proposals on a quarterly basis. Draft proposals for the current round of funding are due Jan. 25. Download the application process and forms here:
